Buscamos profissionais que queiram fazer parte dessa trajetória junto conoscoResponsabilidades Capacidade de liderar e mentorar equipes técnicas, promovendo um ambiente de colaboração e excelência; Habilidade de realizar tomada de decisão técnica estratégica, considerando requisitos de negócio e restrições de prazo; Escrever códigos limpos, de alta qualidade e fácil manutenção seguindo as boas práticas de desenvolvimento; Participar ativamente em discussões de arquitetura e tecnologias; Realizar code reviews, ajudando outros desenvolvedores a melhorar a qualidade do código; Garantir que a documentação do código e arquitetura esteja sempre atualizada; Contribuir em discussões de Design e Produto para garantir a melhor experiência do usuário e resultados de negócio; Projetar soluções escaláveis e de alta disponibilidade para lidar com grandes volumes de dados e requisições.Requisitos Experiência com desenvolvimento de Backend(Node) e Frontend(React); Experiência em desenvolvimento e arquitetura de sistemas utilizando Typescript; Conhecimento em Styled Components e Context API; Conhecimento em bancos de dados relacionais e não-relacionais; Experiência com arquitetura de microsserviços, conteinerização (Docker) e orquestração (Kubernetes); Experiência em cloud providers (AWS) e conhecimento de infraestrutura como código (Terraform, CloudFormation); Experiência em CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.) e DevOps (monitoramento, logging, observabilidade); Experiência com testes automatizados (unitários, integração, end-to-end).Desejável Conhecimento ou vivência em Java (Spring Boot, Quarkus) é considerado um diferencial; Experiência em ambientes SaaS.Modelo de Contratação: PJOferecemos: Cartão flexível de benefícios.
