Responsibilities- Support Head Teachers in teaching classes, preparing content, and managing students in school environments.
- Provide guidance to students during activities to enhance learning.
- Assist with material distribution and collection.
- Participate in implementing didactic-pedagogical projects.
- Maintain organized classrooms with requested materials.
- Decorate walls, doors, tables, and bulletin boards around the school.
- Adapt activities for students with special educational needs.
- Ensure student safety during activities, observing, guiding, and intervening when necessary.
- Receive students at school entrances and exits, ensuring safety standards.
- Acompany students during meal times, promoting healthy eating habits.
- Manage classes in the absence or temporary unavailability of the Head Teacher.
- Record student activities through videos and photos, sending them to the Head Teacher within established deadlines.
- Participate in Academic Meetings, educational conferences, and development workshops to improve professional competence.
- Attend school events open to families.
- Educational Background: Attending or graduated in Pedagogy.
- Experience: Desirable 2 years of classroom experience; Experience with Primary Education.
- Languages: Proficiency in English.
- Specific Technical Knowledge: Bilingualism, Primary Education.
- Desirable Knowledge: IB Methodology, Child Development.
- Soft Skills and Values: Digital Thinking, Caring Profile, Interpersonal Relationships, Conflict Management, Creativity.
