Job Overview The Operations Manager will drive continuous improvement across operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve service quality. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and implement best practices. Key Responsibilities Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices Provide timely and meaningful reporting to senior management Plan and implement strategies to ensure account profitability Manage client interactions and escalate issues as needed Conduct regular reviews with Account Managers and other departments to ensure SLA adherence Monitor daily productivity against defined service level standards Perform audit checks on client-defined compliance requirements Capsule mind-sharing sessions for the team Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs and compliance standards Partner with stakeholders to implement digital tools and automation for operational efficiency Monitor KPIs and prepare dashboards to track improvement outcomes Requirements This role requires a strong understanding of operations and a proven track record of driving process improvements. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
