Job Overview Clinical Research Associate II - Life Sciences Expertise Required We seek a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Research Associate (CRA) II to support our global operations. This role will be responsible for conducting site initiation visits, monitoring clinical trials, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Ensure study conduct adheres to ICH-GCP guidelines, local and international regulations, and sponsor SOPs Verify clinical study data accuracy and perform quality control on source documents Conduct on-site and remote monitoring activities, including site selection visits, initiation visits, interim monitoring visits, and close-out visits Participate in meetings and teleconferences with sponsors and project managers Act as primary point of contact for study sites Provide support to project managers and experienced CRAs in study coordination activities, as needed Requirements Degree in Health Sciences or equivalent field (Pharmacy, Biology, Biomedicine, Nursing, etc.) At least 2 years of experience as a CRA at a CRO or pharmaceutical company Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal relationships Proven problem-solving abilities and self-confidence Ability to travel extensively and manage schedules effectively Advanced knowledge of English Basic Spanish recommended (for CRAs based in Brazil) What We Offer A dynamic and innovative work environment Ongoing training and professional development opportunities The chance to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals Competitive compensation and benefits package Disclaimer: The information contained in this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and is not all-inclusive.
