What You Will Be Doing

• Craft and execute elite SaaS Ops strategies, drawing from your deep expertise and firm beliefs in operational excellence
• Make strategic decisions on operational standards, AI tools, and process design to ensure reliability, security, and cost efficiency across our extensive portfolio
• Develop and refine a framework for seamlessly onboarding new SaaS acquisitions into a unified SaaS Ops function
• Harness AI-driven tools to enhance automation, reduce costs, and boost operational efficiency

• Engaging in the monotonous manual tasks typical of traditional SaaS Ops; your focus will be on automation and AI innovation

Lead Cloud Architect Key Responsibilities

• Lead a highly efficient, AI-enhanced SaaS Ops function that guarantees exceptional reliability, cost savings, and smooth operations for our expanding suite of acquired SaaS businesses
  

Basic Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in managing and owning SaaS Ops for enterprise clients
• Proven experience in leading SaaS Ops and spearheading major cloud migrations at a medium-sized enterprise with enterprise clients
• Background in applying AI and automation technologies to SaaS operations
• Advanced skills in AWS and DevOps, including Docker and Kubernetes

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
