We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Developer (Kotlin) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development using Kotlin and Spring Boot.


Responsibilities:

  • Use Kotlin and Spring Boot to develop, test, and maintain backend applications.
  • Create automated tests using JavaScript.
  • Understand and apply agile practices based on Kanban/Scrum.
  • Participate in the daily dynamics of the team and use agility metrics.
  • Collaborate with the team, sharing responsibilities and knowledge.
  • Identify ways to improve the service to better serve customers.
  • Adapt and thrive in a dynamic and agile work environment.
  • Use asynchronous communication tools such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
  • Apply Clean Code principles and design patterns in software development.
  • Use data to identify possible changes and improvements in the product.
  • Create and maintain SQL queries for products.
  • Apply SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) practices to maintain application support using tools such as DataDog.


Requirements

  • Experience with backend development using Kotlin and Spring Boot.
  • Knowledge of agile practices, such as Kanban and Scrum.
  • Capability to collaborate and share knowledge with the team.
  • Focus on identifying and implementing service improvements for customers.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and agile work environment.
  • Experience with asynchronous communication tools, such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
  • Knowledge of Clean Code principles and design patterns.
  • Ability to use data to identify product improvements.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of SRE practices and monitoring tools like DataDog.
