Key Responsibilities: Lead solution architecture for Adobe Commerce (Magento), defining the technical vision, standards, and roadmap for B2B/B2C e-commerce platforms. Design end-to-end architecture, including critical integrations with ERP, CRM, OMS, payment gateways, antifraud systems, PIM, and digital marketing tools. Serve as the technical reference for development teams, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices, performance standards, security, and scalability within Adobe Commerce. Translate complex business requirements into clear technical solutions, participating in pre-sales, discovery, and scope definition alongside business and IT stakeholders. Define standards for API usage (REST/GraphQL), headless architecture, and/or composable commerce implementations in Adobe Commerce. Review and approve technical designs, architecture documentation, estimates, and rollout/migration strategies (including transitions to Adobe Commerce Cloud). Support the planning and prioritization of the technical backlog (technical debt, performance, observability, security) with Product Owners and Scrum Masters. Ensure platform monitoring, observability, and reliability, supporting critical incident diagnosis and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Manage architecture governance, defining guidelines and standards for extensions and the use of custom and third-party modules in the Adobe Commerce ecosystem. Contribute to team technical capacity building through code reviews, architecture sessions, and best practice dissemination in Adobe Commerce. Required Qualifications: Solid and proven experience in Adobe Commerce / Magento, specifically acting as a Solutions Architect, Architecture Leader, or equivalent role. Consistent experience with large-scale digital solutions and/or e-commerce architecture (B2B, B2C, or marketplace), emphasizing high availability, performance, and scalability. Mastery of core Adobe Commerce components: catalog, cart, checkout, pricing/promotions, orders, payment/shipping modules, and customization/extension mechanisms. Experience designing integrations via APIs, webservices, messaging, or middleware, connecting Adobe Commerce to systems like ERP, CRM, OMS, payment gateways, and marketing tools. Practical knowledge of cloud architecture for Adobe Commerce (on cloud service or IaaS), covering security, observability, and scalability. Experience technically leading development teams (internal or partners), serving as a reference for Magento/PHP engineering best practices. Strong communication skills with business and IT areas, translating needs into clear solutions aligned with technical and budgetary constraints. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar) in digital transformation projects. Availability to work in a hybrid model with 60% office presence (Florianópolis or São Paulo). Proficiency in English for reading and interacting with international stakeholders and suppliers. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): Adobe Commerce / Magento certifications (e.g., Adobe Commerce Business Practitioner, Project Manager, or similar). Experience with headless and composable commerce architecture in Adobe Commerce, including the use of APIs, GraphQL, decoupled front-ends, and complementary services. Experience with Adobe Commerce Cloud and integration with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or similar). Knowledge of other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce, commercetools, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce). Experience with marketplace projects (Mirakl or similar) or multi-platform architectures. Experience with DevOps practices applied to Adobe Commerce (CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, deployment automation). Advanced Spanish (Reading, Writing, and Conversation).
