Quality Assurance Manager We are seeking a structured, strict, and technically‑minded professional to build and lead one of our critical operational units. Management of a team of 30+ remote assistants and quality control of 5,000+ job applications per month (scaling to 10,000+). Direct reporting to the CEO. About This Role This role requires building a Quality Assurance system from scratch, automating quality checks, implementing onboarding and training processes, and managing a team of assistants. Key Responsibilities Build a Quality Assurance System (30%) Audit current assistants and evaluate work quality (accuracy, speed, compliance) Create quality criteria and checklists Implement regular quality audits and spot‑checks Design the hiring funnel (screening, test task, interview) (25%) Hire new assistants within first 1–2 months Maintain a candidate pipeline Work with engineering team to create automation tools (20%) Test and launch automation tools KPI tracking and performance reviews (Team Management 15%) Escalation handling and issue resolution Selective 1:1s (People Development 10%) Coaching low performers #J-18808-Ljbffr
