Responsibilities
  • Lead multidisciplinary modeling teams across complex architectural and engineering projects.
  • Supervise and mentor modelers, ensuring adherence to best practices, project standards, and timelines.
  • Proactively identify missing or conflicting information; manage RFIs and RFCs efficiently.
  • Conduct in-depth Quality Control reviews across assigned disciplines and influence modeling strategies for seamless collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-disciplinary work, address complex technical challenges, and maintain a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Mandatory: Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Engineering degree (civil or mechanical). Architects with extensive MEP modeling/coordination experience may be considered.
  • +5 years of experience using Revit and Navisworks for large-scale MEP projects.
  • Solid QA/QC skills with the ability to anticipate issues and coordinate with teammates.
  • Experience managing project end-to-end scope, kickoff/setup, requirements, standards, and technical documentation.
  • Experience managing project budgets and cost control; experience leading teams of modelers and dealing directly with clients.
  • Strong communication skills; familiarity with coordinating with U.S.-based construction projects is a plus.
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of BIM coordination, clash reports, and model accuracy tooling.
