Então confira a oportunidade abaixo e venha fazer parte do nosso time Haleon Principais Responsabilidades Atuar como principal conselheiro de Digital & Tech para stakeholders de saúde do consumidor no Brasil e em toda a LATAM alinhando investimentos em tecnologia com prioridades estratégicas de negócios. Colaborar com as equipes Comercial, QSC e P&D para garantir que as necessidades da BU estejam representadas nas estratégias globais de D&T. Impulsionar a agenda de dados e analytics e liderar iniciativas digitais que gerem impacto mensurável nos negócios. Entregar valor mensurável alinhado ao plano estratégico de 3 anos da BU por meio de um roadmap tecnológico robusto. Traduzir a visão digital da Haleon em um roadmap de produtos local garantindo que plataformas globais e sistemas ERP sejam adotados e customizados para atender às necessidades da BU e do mercado. Liderar a mudança para infraestrutura e aplicações modernas e ágeis em toda a BU. Gerenciar o portfólio de D&T definindo problemas, engajando stakeholders multifuncionais e entregando business cases alinhados aos roadmaps anuais. Monitorar a satisfação dos clientes nas plataformas corporativas e iniciar ações corretivas quando necessário. Desenvolver profundo entendimento dos processos de negócios e suas implicações estratégicas. Garantir que todas as aplicações estejam em conformidade com os padrões de segurança, risco e regulamentação da Haleon (ex.: GxP, SoX). Identificar e defender competências críticas de Digital & Tech necessárias para apoiar o crescimento da BU. Digital & Tech Lead Partner LATAM The Digital & Tech Lead Partner for Brazil plays a pivotal leadership role within the LATAM BU D&T Leadership Team and the Brazilian Market Leadership Team driving digital-enabled business growth and market success. This role serves as the strategic interface between Digital & Tech and the business, accountable for shaping and executing the data and technology roadmap for Brazil while also leading regional deployment of digital products across the BU in one of three core domains: Customer/Consumer or Expert. The incumbent will act as the single point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Haleon’s Digital Strategy and our company ambition to Win as One. This role holds BU-wide accountability for commercial tech product adoption, IT delivery, digital transformation and innovation. The Lead Partner will secure funding for global and local tech initiatives, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and champion the delivery of stable, scalable operations. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the Consumer Health industry, deep expertise in data and technology, and exceptional leadership and business acumen to influence outcomes across LATAM. These responsibilities include the following: Key Responsibilities Act as the primary Digital & Tech advisor to Consumer Healthcare stakeholders in Brazil and across LATAM, aligning technology investments with strategic business priorities. Collaborate closely with Commercial QSC and R&D teams to ensure BU needs are represented in global D&T strategies. Drive data and analytics agenda and lead digital initiatives that deliver measurable business impact. Deliver measurable value aligned to the BU's 3-year strategic plan through a robust tech roadmap. Translate Haleon's digital vision into a localized product roadmap, ensuring global platforms and ERP systems are adopted and customized to meet BU and market needs. Lead the BU-wide shift toward modern, agile infrastructure and applications. Manage the D&T portfolio by defining problem statements, engaging cross‑functional stakeholders and delivering business cases mapped to annual roadmaps. Monitor customer satisfaction across enterprise platforms, initiating corrective actions when required. Develop a deep understanding of core business processes and their strategic implications. Ensure all applications comply with Haleon's security, risk, and regulatory standards (e.g., GxP, SoX). Identify and advocate for critical Digital & Tech skillsets needed to support BU growth. Empower direct and indirect reports through capability development in business understanding, market insights, and emerging digital trends. Foster a culture of continuous learning and transformation, playing a role model of Haleon's behaviors linked to Win as One andon's leadership standards. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree; A Digital & Tech leader with 8-10 years of experience ideally in CPG / FMCG; Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish with strong multicultural awareness; Skilled in enterprise systems, data platforms, and agile delivery; A strategic thinker capable of influencing without authority and leading transformations at scale; Experience with SAP and Excel; Location: Rio de Janeiro (Hybrid); Highly developed analytical skills.
