We are seeking a highly skilled and senior-level Head of Digital Acquisition to lead and mentor our paid digital marketing team. The role focuses on guiding the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic platforms, and other emerging channels. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in paid media, advanced programmatic knowledge, and the ability to manage and inspire a team of specialists. While not directly responsible for final budget allocation or company-wide strategy, this role plays a critical part in ensuring that campaigns are delivered effectively, best practices are followed, and the team consistently drives high-quality results. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Team Leadership & Development : Lead, coach, and mentor the digital acquisition team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence; Ensure team members are aligned with best practices across platforms and stay updated on the latest trends and innovations; Support recruitment, training, and career development within the department; Campaign Oversight & Execution : Oversee day-to-day campaign management across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic DSPs, Bing, TikTok, etc.); Ensure campaigns are structured, optimized, and tracked according to industry standards and internal KPIs; Provide guidance on advanced optimization strategies, including audience segmentation, retargeting, and creative testing; Programmatic Expertise : Act as the subject matter expert for programmatic advertising within the team; Guide team members in using DSPs effectively, including PMP and open exchange buying; Support data-driven targeting strategies using first-party and third-party data; Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support : Work closely with the SEO, CRM, Creative, and Product teams to ensure paid campaigns are integrated into the broader marketing mix; Liaise with external partners, agencies, and platform reps to keep the team at the forefront of paid media innovation; Ensure campaign execution aligns with brand and compliance requirements; Analytics & Reporting Support : Guide the team in analyzing campaign performance and preparing reports for management; Ensure accuracy of campaign tracking and attribution in collaboration with BI and analytics teams; Translate performance insights into recommendations for continuous improvement. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Extensive hands-on experience (4+ years) in paid digital marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk); Experience leading or mentoring a team of digital marketing specialists; Strong understanding of media buying, campaign optimization, and performance analysis; Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.); Familiarity with Google Tag Manager; Familiarity with mobile measurement partners (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) and GA4; Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally; Ability to balance hands-on expertise with a leadership perspective; Full proficiency in English.
