Overview Support Engineer, Trilogy (Remote) – $60,000/year USD This range is provided by Trilogy. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $30.00/hr - $30.00/hr What You Will Be Doing Your mission is to become the human intelligence behind our AI-powered support system. You will analyze and resolve complex technical challenges that our AI hasn’t mastered yet, while helping to improve the AI’s capabilities. You will be a problem solver and an AI trainer, pushing the boundaries of automated support. What You Won’t Be Doing Onboarding delays or heavy reliance on guidance; you’ll navigate multiple products quickly and independently Relying on escalating to management for every roadblock Key Responsibilities Bridge the gap between human technical expertise and AI capabilities, delivering superior support for the most challenging issues and continuously improving the support ecosystem. Basic Requirements 3+ years of technical customer support Deep expertise in generative AI with experience beyond basic prompting (automated workflows, custom GPTs, integrated AI tools) Geographic requirement: Must be located in the Americas (North or South) About Trilogy Trilogy works with hundreds of software businesses on the Trilogy Business Platform. Trilogy emphasizes talent, technology innovation, and incubation of new ventures, with a focus on simple customer-facing designs. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. Independent contractor agreement with Crossover as Contractor of Record. Compensation is $30 USD/hour ($60,000 USD/year with 40 hours/week and 50 weeks/year). Payment is weekly. See for details.
