Job Title:

A Tech Talent Acquisitions Specialist is required to source, qualify and build pipelines of top tech talent.

  • This involves managing end-to-end candidate processes with speed and precision.
  • Partnering closely with clients and supporting interviews/feedback.
  • Writing job adverts and managing response effectively.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will work remotely from South America, supporting clients across the West Coast of the US in the fast-growing AI Engineering space (plus software engineering, data science, and machine learning).

Key responsibilities include working with committed clients and high-calibre candidates, resulting in faster placements, bigger fees, and stronger earning potential.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills
  • Previous experience as a Tech Talent Acquisitions Specialist
  • Exposure to AI Engineering, software engineering, data science, or ML
  • Familiarity with the US West Coast market (ideal)
  • Strong Recruiter and talent pool building skills
