We are looking for a DC OSS Analyst - Unix / Linux , who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, on-site , Mon-Sun(12x36) , in the city of Jeceaba / Minas Gerais In this role you must have: • Experience Datacenter On-Premises with medium/low platform - Unix/Intel platform - HCI Dell VXRail and Standard 3 layer topology - Application/Processing/Storage. • Certified on MS Windows Datacenter and Windows Server OS. • Experience on Linux RedHat/Suse, VMWare for Servers Virtualization, Backup Veeam/CommVault. • Experience to clarify doubts and guide users regarding the use, availability, installation and configuration of software, applications, information systems (both those in the market and those developed internally), equipment, standards and procedures on the technological environment of the Customer and its use. • Identify, collect evidences and immediately report to Microsoft/ Customer support for critical problems that have significant impacts on the technological environment of Customer, exceptional situations and other situations beyond its control or jurisdiction. • Perform analysis of hardware requirements for software installation; • Define tasks for health checks, operation, create/delete users, virtual machines, virtual network, reallocate instances if need it, monitor infra, deploy new instances, patches, • Test new features and provide analysis for compatibility among application and Windows/Linux for different version • Execute upgrade/downgrade/reinstall version for OS (Windows/Linux) • Collaborate in the execution of activities of the asset management process in Customer locations where there are no asset technicians allocated, at times when the Asset Management service is not available or whenever required by supervision. • Create runbooks and keep up to date documentation for DC Windows/Linux aspects. • Validate patches to be applied/define best effort activities for eol OS environemnt • Experience Datacenter On-Premises with medium/low platform - Unix/Intel platform - HCI Dell VXRail and Standard 3 layer topology - Application/Processing/Storage. • Certified on RedHat Server OS and VMWare. • Manage infra using vCenter. •Identify and immediately report to the Level 2 Service Supervisor critical problems that have significant impacts on the technological environment of Customer, exceptional situations and other situations beyond its control or jurisdiction; • Perform analysis of hardware requirements for software installation; • Execute tasks for health checks, operation, create/delete users, virtual machines, virtual network, reallocate instances if need it, monitor infra, deploy new instances, patches, • Test new features and provide analysis for compatibility among application and Windows/Linux for different version • Execute upgrade/downgrade/reinstall version for OS (Windows/Linux) • Collaborate in the execution of activities of the asset management process in Customer locations where there are no asset technicians allocated, at times when the Asset Management service is not available or whenever required by supervision . Key responsibilities: Case resolutions, Server Build Checklist validation, Server Build Images/OS binary repository managament, Server Hardending and release to production process , virtualization, Server Active Directory/LDAP integration, Agent installation, Server patching, Log analysis and problem identification, recover corrupt file system / fixing inodes issues, Firmware upgrade, Hardware refresh /replacement process planning Server regular health checkup, Performance Monitoring, Critical Resource Alerts & Monitoring, CPU/Memory/Disk utlization alerts,
