**Responsibilities**
**What will you work on**:
Lead the correct execution of Brazil Supply Chain Productivity portfolio, including methodologies and tools (Power Steering). Responsible for rationals' validation, management reports, and planning and forecasting productivity, in order to guarantee the fulfillment of the specific productivity norms. Detect opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in the analysis and reports.
**Accountabilities**
- Monitor the rationals approval, leading and optimizing the process flow, to ensure all savings are reported correctly into the official system.
- Carry out a critical evaluation of productivity rationales, validating if target is feasible, data is real and calculation is appropriated based on the project scope.
- Verify compliance of reported Supply Chain Productivity, and guarantee the systematic for saving analysis, in accordance with LatAm Handbook and financial specifications.
- Manage Supply Chain productivity project portfolio, and identify oportunities to be replicated to the others plants in the same category, mainly.
- Support Supply Chain team and other areas, as Maintenance and EHS, to clarify issues related to productivity and rationals in all categories of Brazil.
- Elaborate and improve management reports, automating, seeking improvements through volumes of movement, production and other opportunities in the Supply Chain, to all Brazil plants.
- Develop periodic analysis of the numbers' evolution and deviations from plan and forecast versus actual of Supply Chain Productivity Brazil.
- Participate and lead meetings with Coordinators and Managers to discuss productivity projects and forecast numbers.
- Participate and coordinate productivity workshops.
- Train and develop new employees of WHS, Transports, Customer Service, Demand and Planning, sharing the concepts and promoting the awareness of productivity in PepsiCo.
- Analyze and Control WOFF Productivity.

**Skills and experience**
- Education: Business Administration, Engineering, or similar.
- Knowledge in Supply processes and KPIs, basic finance, project portfolio management.
- Advanced Excel and ppt skills, familiar with SAP and Totvs systems.
- Power BI intermediate level
- Desirable English and Spanish intermediate level.
- Personal Profile: Analytical, Synthesis ability, Creative, Dynamic, excellent in communication skills and multifunctional teamwork. Skill in decision making.
