Senior Backend Developer Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Define architecture and work on microservices implementation.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure good development and performance practices.
  • Provide technical support to enhance scalability and sustainability.
  • Participate in technical discussions and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Fix bugs, optimize code, and perform database tuning.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proficiency in software development and Java (Spring Boot).
  • Knowledge of microservices-based architecture.
  • Experience with versioning tools (Git), continuous integration, and RESTful APIs.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and suggest efficient solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Telecommunications sector experience.
  • Technical leadership or project reference experience.
  • Containerization knowledge (Docker), Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
  • Agile methodologies expertise (Scrum/Kanban).
