Job Description

KTO Group is seeking a Senior AI Video Producer/Editor to join our creative team. This professional will be responsible for applying Artificial Intelligence tools in video creation, developing high-quality prompts, and performing edits when necessary.

We blend the thrill of sports betting with online casino entertainment, tailored to local markets and powered by our proprietary platform for a seamless, personalized experience. KTO is a rising leader in LATAM, proudly ranked among Brazil’s top 10 iGaming brands.

Summary

We are looking for a Senior AI Video Producer/Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience, a portfolio showcasing AI-driven video projects, and a strong background in audiovisual editing and production.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create and develop advanced AI video prompts, ensuring high aesthetic and technical quality.
  • Edit AI-generated or recorded audiovisual content, refining narrative, pacing, and visual language.
  • Edit standalone videos for campaigns, social media, and other brand channels.
  • Perform layout animation and motion graphics when needed.
  • Participate in on-site audiovisual productions, providing creative and technical support.
  • Coordinate and approve audiovisual materials, ensuring consistency with the brand identity.
  • Collaborate with designers, producers, and creatives, bringing innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an editor, filmmaker, or similar role at a senior level.
  • Advanced knowledge of AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Sora, among others).
  • Portfolio demonstrating creative use of AI in audiovisual projects.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar).
  • Knowledge of motion design and layout animation.
  • Experience in audiovisual productions with a directorial and coordination perspective.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, delivering consistent results.

KTO is licensed for Brazilian sports betting and online gaming under Portaria 2.093/2024, ensuring a secure and regulated environment for our operations.

Participation is prohibited for:

  • Individuals under 18 (eighteen) years of age.
  • Public agents with duties directly related to the regulation, control, and supervision of the activity within the federative entity in whose personnel framework they perform their duties.
  • Persons who have or may have any influence on the outcome of a real event with a sports theme subject to fixed-odds lottery betting.
  • Individuals diagnosed with gambling addiction, according to a diagnosis from a qualified mental health professional.
