About The RoleWe are seeking a Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role focuses on transforming raw data into meaningful insights through analysis, dashboards, and reporting. You will partner with stakeholders to understand business questions, translate them into analytical solutions, and ensure data is accurate, accessible, and actionable. Responsibilities Analyze datasets to answer business questions and support decision-making Build and maintain dashboards and reports for key stakeholders Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data Identify data quality issues and work to resolve inconsistencies Translate stakeholder requirements into clear analytical outputs Communicate insights, trends, and recommendations effectively Support ongoing improvements in reporting and analytics processes Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or related roles Strong knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, aggregations) Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, Looker, or similar) Understanding of data visualization best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work with stakeholders and translate business needs into insights Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) Nice to Have: Experience with Python or R for data analysis or automation Nice to Have: Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques Nice to Have: Exposure to cloud data environments or data warehouses Nice to Have: Experience in healthcare, e-commerce, or SaaS analytics Nice to Have: Startup or fast-paced environment experience Nice to Have: Spanish and / or Portuguese proficiency Benefits & Perks Home office Competitive compensation based on experience Career plans to allow for extensive growth in the company International Projects Oowlish English Program (Technical and Conversational) Oowlish Fitness with Total Pass Games and Competitions If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.
