Commercial Assistant

• Responsible for internal customer service (national).
• Main point of contact for clients, from order entry to successful final delivery.
• Focused on continuous improvements and opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver orders according to their expectations.
• Support for daily operational activities of the export Customer Service.

• Academic Degree or currently studying International Relations or Business Administration in Foreign Trade.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate English.
• Knowledge of ERP SAP desirable.
• Additional Training (desirable): Export/Import, Incoterms, and related topics.
