Support the development of SOPs and digital systems for merchant qualification and tracking.3. Compliance & Risk Control Enforce MEI (Microentrepreneur) compliance policies and educate 3PL partners on related requirements. Assist with routine audits on 3PL contracts and rider payment paths to mitigate labor relationship risks. Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and risk teams to develop a sustainable and low-risk partnership model.Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Business Administration, Operations, or related fields.2+ years of experience in contract management, partner onboarding, or compliance.Prior experience in logistics, food delivery, or platform-based operations is a strong plus.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
