Job Title: Warehouse Technology Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled technologist to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Participate in design, configuration, and implementation activities.
  • Work as a techno-functional consultant, gathering requirements and translating them into technical/functional solutions.
  • Configure warehouse modules including inbound, outbound, inventory, and labor management.
  • Develop, customize, and support warehouse solutions leveraging build automation and related tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration, testing, and deployment.
  • Support upgrades, patches, and performance improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Strong techno-functional expertise in WMS configuration and workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with build automation and deployment.
  • Knowledge of PL/SQL, Java, and WMS technical architecture.
  • Experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, and distribution processes.
  • Ability to work with both business users and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
