Responsibilities
  • As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.
  • Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and help build trust with suitable candidates as they move abroad.
  • Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the executive management team in Sweden, and work with the Swedish delivery management team on relocation logistics.
  • Arrange visas, work permits, travel, housing, and related relocation tasks; ensure a smooth transition for employees.
  • Collaborate with clients primarily in software development, R&D, cybersecurity, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues across multiple countries, including Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.

Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
  • A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Some knowledge of at least a handful of contemporary IT technologies and methods, as well as the ability to learn the main ideas of new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized with an eye for details, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self confident, happy, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.
  • Durable and stubborn, with the capacity to take a 'no' as a reason to try harder.
  • Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate and representative appearance.
Details
  • Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full time. Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months.
  • Working hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
  • Location: Working from home or from a co-location center of your choice.
  • Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Benefits: Free national holidays with maintained payment; 20 paid vacation days; paid travels, housing, and per diem.
