The team is on a journey to bring J&J FP&A to advanced technology solutions.The Finance Analyst Consumer LATAM SC FP&A role is pivotal in supporting the Planning, Forecasting, and Reporting of the regional Supply Chain results, as well as providing valuable insights and analytics to both Business Unit Finance and Operations to drive overall strategy. This role will drive key integration and strategy initiatives to support the full adoption of the SC FP&A deployment model and deliver more accurate, simplified, automated, timely, insightful reporting & process and leverage technology as a key enabler.The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in ensuring a high-quality service delivery model is forged through collaboration across the Commercial, BUF and PIC. In addition, understanding of the FP&A processes, systems and ability to optimally frame and communicate will be meaningful to success and to the team as a whole. To be successful with these efforts, must demonstrate strong signs of the Leadership Imperative.**You will be responsible for**:- Responsible for budget and actual analysis, consolidation and reports for Manufacturing MRC with regional interactions and process ownership- Support LATAM GP Bridges, headcount and other financial metrics- Mapping process, activities and interactions model with focus on process improvement and standardization- Partnering and collaboration with BUF, Commercial FP&A, Pillars, Global Services and Global FP&A SC- Ensure policies and procedures are followed- Ad-hoc reporting and analytics execution**Qualificações**Education**:A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree is required in area related to Finance/ Accounting or Engineering/Business Management.
