We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Playtech Managed Services Talent Acquisition team in our new office in São Paulo. Note: this role is on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
Your influential missionYou will…
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume roles.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for hire.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Attend job fairs, job centres, and other recruitment events to source the best possible candidates.
- Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging within our company.
- Contribute to employer branding activities.
- Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition Team to ensure consistency and best practices across all recruitment efforts.

- Have proven experience in high-volume / bulk recruitment in high turnover environments (e.g., Customer Service, Production).
- Deep understanding of the Brazilian job market.
- Have a high level of proficiency in Excel.
- Possess strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Are skilled in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Have excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Approach challenges with a quick, clever, and solution-oriented mindset, always ready to think outside the box.
- Are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Show adaptability and flexibility in handling changing priorities and demands.
- Possess strong negotiation and influencing skills.

TALENT ACQUISITION TEAM
The team belongs to the Center of Excellence (CoE) in the Playtech Group. CoE develops and supports critical capabilities that align with organizational priorities. The Playtech Managed Services Talent Acquisition Team works across two continents to provide partnerships to the business and ensure a best-in-class, consistent full-cycle recruitment process. The team has 3 members in Europe.
