The Internet of Things (IoT) is transforming the way businesses operate. As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of this revolution, driving innovation and growth in the Brazilian market.

Our company virtualizes the world's motion, enabling innovators to build high-load applications that transform telematics data into actionable intelligence. We are looking for a highly skilled BDR who can develop business relationships with channel partners, reveal sales opportunities, and lead deployment of IoT projects based on our software platform.

Your role involves finding leads and potential opportunities, creating meetings for Account Executives or Customer Success Managers, and performing preliminary evaluation of potential opportunities. You will also conduct outbound prospecting, research telematics solution providers using local industry databases and CRM, and identify needs and readiness for telematics solutions.

Main objectives include:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Research telematics solution providers in Brazil using local industry databases and CRM
  • Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, email)
  • Outreach & Qualification
  • Multi-channel outreach campaigns
  • Initial qualification of companies and decision-makers
  • Identify needs and readiness for telematics solutions
  • Pipeline Development
  • Book meetings for Sales team with qualified prospects
  • Ensure smooth handoff to Account Executives
  • Track progress of meetings in CRM
  • Collaboration & Strategy
  • Work with Marketing and Sales to refine outreach scripts and campaigns
  • Share feedback on messaging and objections from Brazilian market
  • Market Intelligence
  • Track competitors and telematics market trends in Brazil
  • Identify emerging opportunities or shifts in demand
  • Goal Tracking & Reporting
  • Report outreach activities and outcomes weekly
  • Track progress against KPIs and quotas

A successful BDR reports to the AE or CSM and collaborates with the Head of Sales and Marketing to maximize the rate of successful meetings planned.
