**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Endpoint Management Specialist to oversee the maintenance and security of our global corporate devices. This is a remote position that requires expertise in automation, efficiency, and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain, patch, and ensure Windows and macOS compliance using NinjaOne.
  • Develop automation scripts to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact time.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint issues with minimal escalation.
  • Execute patch management cycles and deploy timely across all devices.
  • Implement endpoint security policies and procedures.
  • Monitor endpoint health metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create technical documentation for endpoint configurations and processes.
  • Collaborate with security and IT teams on endpoint protection initiatives.
  • Participate in incident response for endpoint-related security events.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • 3-5 years of hands-on endpoint management experience.
  • Strong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platforms.
  • Experience managing both Windows and macOS environments.
  • Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and Python for automation.
  • Solid understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration management.
  • Experience with security compliance requirements.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience in cybersecurity or identity governance industries.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator.
  • Experience with zero-trust security models and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.
