Senior Full Stack Python/React Developer - Remote - Latin America. Join to apply for the Senior Full Stack Python/React Developer role at FullStack Labs.

Responsibilities
  • Integrate directly into the client's team and work alongside their designers and engineers on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Python backend services and React frontend components.
  • Contribute to API design, data modeling, and system architecture decisions.
  • Write clean, maintainable code with emphasis on reliability, performance, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to libraries and tooling as needed.
  • Support continuous integration and delivery of applications in cloud environments.
  • Adopt agile/scrum processes and take ownership of deliverables.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Four-year college degree required.
  • Proven Python development experience with scalable API design and related services.
  • Frontend experience with React, building dynamic, component-based UIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker or Kubernetes in Linux environments.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Proficiency in unit testing, data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficient with Git and modern version control practices.
  • Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
  • Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
  • Attention to detail, a positive mindset, and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams and on large, complex systems.
  • Ability to take extreme ownership and align with client goals.
  • Ability to commit to ~40 hours per week.
