What You’ll Do

As a Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the strategy, development, and delivery of impactful products and features. You’ll act as a bridge between stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to ensure that the product vision aligns with business goals and user needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams, providing mentorship, and ensuring successful feature delivery.
  • Building and managing product roadmaps, aligning them with strategic goals while balancing stakeholder priorities.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer, identifying pain points, and advocating for user-centric solutions.
  • Collaborating with engineering, design, data science, and commercial teams to define requirements and deliver value.
  • Using data and metrics to drive decision-making, develop business cases, and measure success.
  • Writing detailed business requirements and user stories for clear communication with the development team.
  • Engaging in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, to ensure iterative and incremental progress.
  • Monitoring and communicating product performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.
  • Participating in technical discussions to understand system integrations, APIs, and databases.
  • Facilitating continuous improvement in team processes, leveraging tools like JIRA and Confluence.

What You’ll Need

Experience:

  • Experience in product management, with roles such as Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
  • Proven track record in managing medium-to-large projects with tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and data analytics platforms.
  • Ability to write clear and actionable requirements, business cases, and user stories.
  • Technical understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
