Responsibilities Lead organizational development and daily HR operations for the Brazil manufacturing facility, with full accountability for recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures covering talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, and workplace relations. Spearhead HRIS implementation and continuous optimization to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure proper formulation, compliance monitoring, and enforcement of all HR policies. Manage labor relations, promptly address employee grievances, and maintain harmonious employer‑employee relationships. Provide regular HR progress reports to corporate headquarters to ensure strategic alignment. Execute additional assignments as delegated by senior management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. Full professional proficiency in both English and Portuguese (verbal and written). Minimum 5 years' HR generalist experience, including 3+ years in large‑scale (300+ employees) manufacturing HR management. Demonstrated expertise in end‑to‑end recruitment and organizational development. Hands‑on HRIS implementation experience with strong system operation and data management capabilities. Thorough understanding of Brazilian labor legislation and local employment regulations across all HR functional areas. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong execution capability, stress tolerance, meticulousness, logical thinking, initiative, and problem‑solving aptitude.
