MAGNA Executive Search, in partnership with a multinational company located in Indaiatuba/SP, selects: BUYER, Híbrd position.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the equipment manufacturing industry.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Desirable knowledge about sheet metal.

• Manage sourcing and purchasing of inventory items for projects, including monitoring volume, pricing, and vendor schedules.
• Process purchase requisitions: negotiating prices, lead times, terms, place orders, confirm delivery dates, and update internal customers.
• Manage international orders and deliveries to our Brazilian base.
• Collaborate with the global Procurement team to identify and leverage opportunities.
• Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
• Develop sustainable relationships with strategic vendors.
• Work with the engineering team to identify cost-saving opportunities and product trends.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers for cost-effectiveness and reliability.
• Assist in developing the supply base through supplier selection, performance monitoring, and relationship building.
• Develop and approve suppliers with cross-functional teams.
• Manage, review, and continuously improve internal procedures and controls.
