**Project Manager - Property & Casualty Insurance****About the role**As a **Project Manager - Property & Casualty Insurance**, you will make an impact by managing complex projects within the insurance domain, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.**In this role, you will**:- Oversee planning, execution, and completion of projects within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.- Develop and maintain project schedules, mitigating risks and ensuring milestones are met.- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders with transparency.- Implement Portfolio and Project Management best practices to optimize resource allocation.- Facilitate project meetings and ensure alignment on objectives and progress.- Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.- Utilize project management tools and software for tracking and reporting.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and mentor team members.**Work model**:HybridWe believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 1 or 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Sao Paulo Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.
