Responsibilities:

Configure, maintain, and support SAP HCM and Payroll modules to meet business requirements.Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to analyze system requirements and implement solutions.Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll runs, including tax calculations, deductions, and benefits administration.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM and Payroll modules, providing timely support to end-users.Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and system configurations.Stay updated on SAP releases and new features, recommending system enhancements and optimizations.Lead or participate in SAP implementation projects, including system upgrades and migrations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience 7 years working with SAP HCM and Payroll modules.Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, including benefits administration, time management, and payroll accounting.Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, including wage types, payroll schemas, and personnel administration.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.SAP certification(s) in HCM or Payroll modules is a plus.Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms is advantageous.
