Job Description: The Trade Compliance Specialist is responsible for monitoring and maintaining awareness of legislative and regulatory changes in assigned countries. Track global trade compliance regulations, including customs duties, export controls, sanctions, tariff updates, and other relevant requirements across jurisdictions. Interpret, analyze, and document new or amended legislation with high accuracy and clarity. Key Responsibilities: Research and provide insights on SAP GTS (v11 or similar) to support product specialists on topics such as Export Control & Licensing, Import Control & Market Access, Sanctions & Restricted Party Compliance, Customs & Tariff Management, Trade Agreements & Origin Management, Regulatory Reporting & Declarations, and Product & Classification Compliance. Deliver clear summaries and detailed regulatory insights needed by ERP and product specialists to implement system changes for clients. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong research skills with the ability to track and analyze regulatory changes. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business analysts and researchers. Ability to interpret and analyze complex regulatory information.
