Position overview: As a Financial Specialist, you will play a key role within the company, overseeing various financial activities and contributing significantly to its financial health and efficiency. Responsibilities: Perform bank reconciliations to ensure transaction accuracy between financial records and bank statements. Monitor and manage cash flows for assigned offices. Support the bill payment process, ensuring timely payments in accordance with financial policies. Manage accounts receivable activities to maximize cash flow. Develop strategic financial projects to optimize resource management and financial performance based on office needs. Provide financial support and insights to front office areas. Define and monitor goals for teams and individuals to improve performance, aligning with costs. Monitor operational and budgetary costs, comparing them with annual budgets to ensure financial control. Analyze accounting documents and link them to financial analyses for insights and improvements. Prepare and present results reports and conduct weekly cash management reviews for decision-making support. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably in a multicultural environment. Advanced Excel skills. Intermediate knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus. Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Motivation to work in a multicultural environment. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
