We are seeking a senior engineer with extensive experience in delivering high-traffic web applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing scalable, efficient code that meets the needs of our users.

This role involves taking ownership of small-to-medium-sized systems and working collaboratively with experienced engineers to drive business growth through innovative solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop High-Quality Code
    • Write secure, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
    • Develop scalable and reusable code promoting efficient development.
  • Take Ownership of Small-to-Medium-Sized Systems
    • Identify areas for improvement in the codebase and implement changes.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Experienced Engineers
    • Work collaboratively with experienced engineers to drive business growth through innovative solutions.
    • Align work with customer value using feedback to prioritize features.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ Years of Experience Building Production Web Applications
    • Hands-on experience building production web applications in an agile environment.
  • Ruby on Rails Expertise
    • 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
  • Microservices Expertise
    • Experience migrating domains from monolithic to microservices.
  • Event-Based Architecture Knowledge
    • Interest in learning or exposure to event-based architecture.
  • Problem-Solving Skills
    • A passion for solving complex technical problems.
