Location & Compensation Fully remote, with satellite offices available at your discretion. Commission‑based compensation is included in the total rewards package. Position Profile As the Business Development Executive, you will build and manage your sales pipeline, introduce and sell our product line to prospects and existing clients, and cultivate new business opportunities. Your role involves defining, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities, developing customized solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with C‑level contacts and directors. Duties & Responsibilities Prospect new business and upgrade existing accounts. Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. Complete customer requirements analysis and identify pain points. Communicate with technology partners and internal stakeholders. Obtain and exceed assigned quota. Prepare and update business plans and territory strategies. Use sales reporting tools to track growth and performance. Manage territory and ensure compliance with fulfillment processes. Submit accurate sales and service orders. Provide product/service demonstrations and presentations (online/on‑premise). Oversee proper hand‑off of client engagement from sales to services. Maintain industry and competitive knowledge. Respond to RFPs/RFQs and other procurement opportunities. Attend and complete all required training. Required Qualifications Valid passport and native fluency in English. Driver's license and reliable transportation. Minimum five years of technology‑solutions sales experience, managing an open territory and handling C‑level relationships. Experience selling at least eight of our solutions and services. Strong sales skills and techniques for complex solution selling. Ability to achieve high sales volumes and exceed goals. Minimum four recent sales or technical certifications (Business Development/Pre‑Sales, Technical). Excellent written and verbal communication at technical and professional levels. Self‑driven performance without direct supervision.
