Job Title: Talent Operations Coordinator Key Responsibilities: Operational Execution: Manage candidate-related operational steps, including communication, scheduling interviews, coordinating availability, and ensuring smooth onboarding transitions. Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates and handoffs through shared documents, chat channels, and meetings while keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the process. Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine workflows to improve scalability and candidate experience. Bandwidth & Pipeline Management: Effectively prioritize tasks, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain consistent productivity under high-volume conditions. Organization & Documentation: Maintain structured and accurate spreadsheets, trackers, and operational documentation to ensure data integrity and transparency across all processes. Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere to company policies, process playbooks, and quality standards, supporting audits and reporting efforts to ensure full compliance.
