What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with product managers, team members, and other engineering teams to solve complex problems
  • Integrate AI models and services into existing products and workflows
  • Develop and execute a technical software development strategy for the organization
  • Lead projects and interact with clients and stakeholders regularly
  • Ensure the quality, usability, and performance of software solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Advanced knowledge of at least one modern OOP language such as Java, Python, or Go
  • Deep understanding of Dynamics 365, including customer service and the Power Platform
  • 4+ years of professional experience in software development and platform architecture
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or hybrid data centers (3+ years)
  • Strong communication skills and hands-on experience working in an agile Scrum environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of experience in open-source frameworks
  • Deep hands-on experience in complex system design and data architectures
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with various integration patterns and technologies for connecting Dynamics 365 with other systems
  • In-depth knowledge of computer science data structures and algorithms
