For the future.Join us and experience our platform of global diversity and entrepreneurial spirit as you help us create innovative technologies and positively impact the food of nearly 8 billion people worldwide.**What we are looking for**:- Quality focal point for all New Product Implementation within AGCO organization for Mogi das Cruzes plant, including setting quality targets, conduct product audits, track all the PPAP approvals of new PNs, monitor and resolve all related issues, making sure that the launch of the machine in the assembly line goes flawless.- Technical responsible for all PPAP approvals for Mogi das Cruzes plant, giving the final signature and approval for all purchased parts.- Manufacturing quality team focal point for all sector investments (CAPEX), leading the process since the scope definition until the final execution and sign off.- Quality team focal point for Guarulhos warehouse operation, technically answering for all quality inspection activities there.- Guide metrology and laboratory technical team on the daily activities- Technical signoff on modification of current parts (ECO).**What are you going to do**:- Approval and signature of all PPAP/APQP purchased parts;- All NPI deliverables and activities following AMPIP guideline, which includes activities from the creation of the project until 1year after SOP (local and international projects);- Manage the NPI and area budget including Opex and Capex;- Identify investment needs, defend the investment in forums, draw the scope, quote with suppliers, implement the investment and sign it off for the department;- Guide and support the activities of 3rd party employees that are responsible for income inspection in Guarulhos warehouse, including monthly visits.- Guide and support the activities of the metrology and mechanical laboratory;- Approval of Engineering Changing Order (ECO);**What do you need**:Completed higher education on engineering - preferible production or mechanical engineering.
