Senior Full Stack Software Engineer Join our innovative team as we design and implement cutting-edge solutions for staffing companies. We're seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to drive our next phase of innovation. Job Description In this role, you will be a crucial contributor designing and implementing features across the tech stack, optimizing performance, and ensuring security standards. You'll build impactful solutions that streamline staffing operations for our clients. Required Skills 5+ years of Python experience. 5+ years of web application building using FastAPI, Django, or Flask. 2+ years of JavaScript framework experience (React or Vue). Independent full-stack feature development from backend to frontend. Extensive cybersecurity knowledge. Preferred experience with payments or fintech. 4 hours overlap with US Eastern Time required. Interview Process Introductory Call – 15-30 minutes Meet for a brief conversation about your background and the role. Technical Deep Dive – 45-60 minutes Walk us through a feature or project you’ve built, focusing on code review, design decisions, improvements, and lessons learned.
