Job Opportunity: Capacity Planning Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our capacity planning and optimization efforts. The successful candidate will design and implement effective performance models to incentivize partners in achieving platform capacity attendance targets, ensuring exceptional customer delivery experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop performance-driven KPI models that drive partner performance and optimize platform capacity utilization.
  • Analyze and monitor partners' performance in capacity attendance, making data-driven decisions to adjust KPI models as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in capacity operations, marketplace balance, or performance modeling.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools.
  • Demonstrated proactive ownership in dynamic work environments.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
