Overview A Ródio Tech está em busca de um(a) Gerente de Projetos Sênior SAP altamente qualificado(a) para liderar projetos SAP S / 4HANA e migrações complexas em toda a região LATAM. Esse(a) profissional terá a missão de planejar, coordenar e garantir a entrega de implementações SAP de alta complexidade, com total alinhamento à metodologia SAP Activate, liderando equipes multidisciplinares e assegurando a satisfação do cliente em cada etapa do projeto. Responsibilities Liderar projetos de implementação e migração SAP S / 4HANA em diferentes países da América Latina. Gerenciar cronogramas, recursos, riscos e comunicação com stakeholders locais e globais. Aplicar a metodologia SAP Activate em todas as fases do projeto, incluindo uso de ferramentas, Quality Gates e SAP ALM. Coordenar equipes multidisciplinares e fornecedores externos, garantindo sinergia e cumprimento de prazos. Garantir conformidade com políticas corporativas, regulatórias e de segurança. Elaborar e apresentar status reports executivos (nível C-Level). Atuar como ponte estratégica entre áreas de negócio e TI, mediando conflitos e alinhando prioridades. Qualifications Certificação SAP Activate (obrigatória). Experiência comprovada em implementações e migrações SAP S / 4HANA em ambientes de grande porte e alta complexidade. Vivência em projetos multinacionais LATAM, com atuação em diferentes países da região. Espanhol fluente (inglês é considerado diferencial). Forte capacidade de liderança, gestão de equipes, comunicação e negociação. Disponibilidade para viagens ocasionais. Certificações adicionais em gerenciamento de projetos: PMI, PRINCE2, SCRUM, ITIL (emitidas por instituições reconhecidas). Conhecimento em gestão de mudanças organizacionais (OCM). Diferenciais Experiência com clientes LATAM fora do Brasil. Atuação em soluções SAP complementares (SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.). Vivência com ferramentas de gestão como Azure DevOps, SAP ALM, MS Project. Experiência em grandes corporações multinacionais. Histórico de entrega de projetos rentáveis, reconhecidos e com alta satisfação do cliente.
