Tasks
SAFETY
- Monitor safety measures for the site and analyze safety risk measures;
- Identify risks and controls in relation to non-operational physicals agents;
- Conduct investigations of accidents and incidents in order to identify causes, failures, improvements to prevent recurrences;
- Department performance through indicators and system data;
ENVIORNMENT
- Identify and document the environmental aspects, impacts and safety risks associated with activities, products and services;
- Maintain documentation and management system procedures related to environmental and safety standards and ensure document control in accordance with quality management policies;
- Ensure the effectiveness of the plasnt's Waste Management mechanism;
HEALTH
- Assist the SESMT department in the implementation of health and wellness initiatives;
- Responsible for occupational health records up to date for review by the company at the appropriate time;
GENERAL
- Maintain and support ESH policies as well being the main support in developing the ESH management system seeking continuous improvement;
- Identify training needs on aspects of ESH related to the organization to employees;
- Conduct internal audits in order to identify non-conformities and create reports for dissemination of results.
**Qualifications**:
Degree in Engineering or Business
Technical in Occupational Safety or Specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering
