What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with clients on Salesforce platform transformations to enhance business flexibility and customer experience
- Play a crucial role in digital transformation initiatives, delivering value and impact for clients
- Manage implementation of standard configurations, custom development, and data migration elements for Salesforce
- Debug issues and understand project requirements effectively
- Connect with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations and work in an agile, collaborative environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Git concepts
- Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning
- Understanding of object-oriented concepts
- Basic knowledge of RDBMS
- Proficiency in programmatic (Apex, LWC, Javascript) and declarative (Point and Click) development

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Service or Sales Cloud
- Salesforce certifications
- Skills in requirement gathering and solution design using Salesforce products
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Conversational English proficiency
