Social Content Specialist As a Social Content Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day production workflow for TV and film IP across social platforms. This involves turning brand priorities, fandom insights, and social trends into clear platform-native content ideas. Key responsibilities include developing concepts in detail and creating practical briefs for editors, motion graphic artists, and designers. You will own the production pipeline, download assets, assign tasks, track progress, remove blockers, and push others to meet deadlines. Effective communication is crucial in this role. You will promote internal tools with accurate client data, raise discrepancies early, and communicate directly with clients on ideas and assets. Presenting concepts, gathering feedback, and adjusting work without losing creative strength are also essential aspects of this position. As a Social Content Specialist, you will create high-quality, social-first content writing copy and producing visual assets ready for publishing. Quality assurance checks involve catching errors, off-brand details, or non-compliance with specs and platform requirements. Line management skills are also required in this role, as you will set priorities, delegate work, give clear feedback, and support team members' development in craft and process.
