What you will do:

• As the UX designer for the team, your job is to ensure the users outcomes are well understood.
• You ll do design planning with the product owners, engineering, and UX team/leaders for future work and backlog grooming.
• You ll be a part of the agile ceremonies with your team in two-week sprint cycles. 
• You ll incorporate insights from user research into each iteration of work..
• Understanding the problem through user research will help you deliver the right solution, whether you conduct your own or partner with a UX Researcher.
• Your communication skills are vital to your success as a UX Designer, whether in discussions with engineers, client users, or peers.
• Being vocal in your craft is valuable to this role.
• Youll guide teams in solving complex design challenges using user journeys, task flow analysis, early-stage wireframes, hi-fi comps, and clickable prototypes.
• You re comfortable working on products with tech stacks that may be new to you. 
• Inevitable challenges will arise, and we ll rely on you to look for a solution.

What we are looking for:

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Significant experience in UX design, including leadership roles, with a proven ability to mentor and inspire design teams.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design, problem-solving, and the ability to create innovative user experiences.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Experience working on B2B solutions and an understanding of the unique challenges in these environments.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with a focus on usability and accessibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
• Proven experience leading user research and usability testing to drive design improvements.

It will be a plus if you have:

• Experience working in agile environments.
• Familiarity with design systems and their implementation across products.
• A passion for mentorship and a desire to foster a collaborative and innovative design culture.
