Job Overview A BDR Outbound role at teceo, a unified B2B commerce platform connecting brands and merchants worldwide. Responsibilities Analyze potential clients, market, and competitors (benchmarking). Analyze positioning of indirect offers in partnership with Marketing and suggest improvements. Pre‑qualify leads through business diagnostics. Establish personalized contact with potential enterprise clients via phone, email, video call, chat, or other channels. Detect opportunities and understand client needs to offer solutions aligned with their expectations. Create activity reports (number of leads, calls, conversion rate, etc.). Collaborate with the team and propose new approaches to reach objectives. Maintain updated records of all activities using CRM systems. Participate in training and workshops to sharpen sales skills and product knowledge. Qualifications Results‑focused with a strong drive to generate opportunities and business. Excellent verbal and written communication. Certification in Inside Sales or Inbound Sales. Self‑motivation, proactivity, competitiveness, empathy, and friendliness. Proven experience in pre‑sales for technology solutions. Resilience and the ability to turn rejections into “yeses”. Intermediate English (differential). Higher education or currently studying business‑related fields such as Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related areas (differential). Benefits Salary R$ 3 000 to R$ 4 000.
