- The Brazil Installation Operations Manager is accountable for the execution of installation operations in the Brazilian fleet of SBM FPSOs, in line with the engineering procedures and the Company requirements in terms of safety and quality.**ROLE CONTRIBUITION**
- In order to manage Installation activities in the Brazilian fleet of SBM FPSOs, you are to:- Be the focal point for Installation support to fleet activities in Brazil
Coordinate Installation activities with the Shore Bases
Assign and support the offshore Installation teams on board the FPSOs
Liaise with the Personnel Logistics Coordinator in his/her scope of work
Liaise with Installation Engineers and Technical Authority to develop, execute or change Installation Procedures
Ensure POs and BMs are in place
Manage the team of Brazilian Installation offshore resources (Offshore Construction Managers, Offshore Construction Supervisors, Diving Reps, local vendors), including assignment planning, selection, contracting via manning agencies, training, onboarding, briefing, performance follow-up
Support Sales proposals and represent Installation PL with Shore Bases
Technically guide Shore Bases/FPSOs on Installation activities, including diving activities and contractors agreements
Develop strong relationship with main local Vendors, in particular manning agencies, diving contractors, rope access contractors, including commercial negotiations, RFQ, auditing, selection and follow up
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Masters Engineering Degree or equivalent
Minimum 5 years in offshore O&G industry
Significant experience in FPSO operations
Experience in offshore project installation / construction
Fluent in spoken and written English
