Imagine você empreendendo projetos desafiadores, dinâmicos e inovadores, e sendo responsável por :

  • Participar ativamente durante as fases de desenho de produto, analisando requerimentos e propondo alternativas.
  • Colaborar em definições de arquitetura, pensando sempre em soluções escaláveis e assegurando a excelência na performance.
  • Programar código de qualidade e garantir sua funcionalidade e ótima execução prévia à sua implementação.
  • Contribuir com a manutenção evolutiva, em linha com os mais altos padrões do setor.
  • Liderar a arquitetura e o desenvolvimento de nossas soluções de Machine Learning com foco em Large Language Models (LLM), assegurando escalabilidade, alta performance e aderência às melhores práticas.
  • Definir e implementar estratégias avançadas de ML Ops para LLMs, promovendo experimentação, versionamento, gerenciamento de prompts e implantação eficiente de modelos em produção.

Requisitos:

  • Ter experiência comprovada em liderança técnica de equipes de tecnologia, com habilidade para coordenar times multidisciplinares como TI, Produto e Operações.
  • Possuir conhecimento em Inteligência Artificial e Machine Learning, com domínio avançado em algoritmos, especialmente em LLMs e técnicas de engenharia de prompt.
  • Ter sólido conhecimento em System Design e arquitetura de soluções escaláveis para aplicativos baseados em modelos de linguagem.
  • Possuir disponibilidade para trabalhar em formato híbrido no escritório de Osasco/SP.
