Overview

Lidera projetos de média/alta complexidade, aplicando comunicação eficaz e princípios de governança e controle de projeto de tal forma que os requisitos de QHSSE, técnicos, comerciais e contratuais sejam atendidos. Lidera equipes de projeto em projetos de média/alta complexidade e pacotes de trabalho. Não demanda suporte na gestão de projetos e reporta diretamente ao gerente de PMO. Tem experiência em liderar projetos de complexidade de projeto 3-4.

Responsibilities
  • Lidera projetos de média/alta complexidade, aplicando comunicação eficaz e governança de projeto para atender QHSSE, técnicos, comerciais e contratuais.
  • Lidera equipes de projeto em projetos de complexidade média/alta e pacotes de trabalho.
  • Garante a execução eficaz e eficiente do trabalho acordado, respondendo pela execução de todas as atividades relacionadas ao PMO, assegurando o cumprimento das normas, procedimentos internos e externos, e políticas da Fugro.
  • Planeja a curto, médio e longo prazo, administra recursos, propõe alterações de processos, implanta soluções, acompanha resultados e estabelece metas para os projetos que lidera.
  • Orienta e oferece suporte a membros mais juniores da equipe; aplica amplo conhecimento de princípios e práticas profissionais.
  • Necessário qualificação profissional e certificação em gerenciamento de projeto (PMP).
